We’re Cuahutli and Michael—two best friends with a shared
curiosity and passion for coffee. After years of exploring coffee culture and working together as baristas, we wanted to bring something unique
to our community. That’s why we created Spotlight Coffee Co., a mobile coffee cart that we hope serves as a “light” to those we meet, with
a focus on quality, community, and inspiring others. For us, coffee is
more than a drink—it’s a way to connect, uplift, and show people what
coffee can truly be.
